#covid19#lockdowncooking# A grand dinner with chicken

A grand dinner in lockdown period. Simple too. Yep 👍 for non vegetarians. Chicken fry, chilli tomato and bread 🍞 
Chicken fry
Chicken 500g, 
Coconut oil as required to fry 
Egg1, Chilli Chicken masala 1 tbsp., cornflour 1 tbsp., salt to taste.
Break the egg into a bowl, add other ingredients, whisk it add chicken, combine well. Keep aside for 1/2 hour. Fry it in coconut oil. 
Chilli tomato 
Tomato 2, onion 1, garlic cloves 5, ginger 1 inch piece, all sliced. Green chilli 3, silted. Soya sauce 2tsp., tomato sauce 1 tbsp., salt to taste. 
In the rest of the oil make chilli tomato. If you feel the oil is excess, take only the required measurement. Drop in the onion, garlic, ginger and salt. When it turns cooked, add tomato and green chilli. Sauté till tender. Add the sauces. Allow to bubble. Dish is ready. 
Serve with fresh baked bread. So relief and a grand dinner. Add veggie salads to make it more balanced and nutritious diet ❤️
