An easy to make snack with bread. 
Bread 8 slices, cut each into 4, keep aside,
Besan powder 2 cups, 
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp.,
Chilli powder 1 tsp.,
Hing (asafoetida) powder 1/4 tsp.,
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp.,
Salt to taste.
Combine the ingredients together except bread. Add little by little water to make a semi thick batter. 
Heat oil required to deep fry in a pan. Dip the bread pieces in the batter and drop into the oil. Care should be taken not to overcrowd the pieces. Fry till both the sides are golden brown. Place the fried pakoras in a tissue layered plate to absorb the excess oil. Great snack with evening tea. It’s crispy outside and soft inside. Kids love it. Go for a change❤️
