Snakegourd with shrimp

Snakegourd 500gm,chopped,onion 1,chopped,ginger garlic paste 2tspn,curry leaf little,
green chilly 2,cut into rings
Cook the ingredients in little water,with salt to taste,keep it aside.
Shrimp 400gm,turmeric powder 1/4tspn,chilly powder 1/4tspn,salt to taste.
Cook the ingredients till tender.
Grated coconut 1cup,cumin seeds 1/3tspn,pepper corns 10
Grind the ingredients together to a coarse texture.
Add coconut mix and cooked shrimp to snakegourd mix,combine well.
Cooking oil 2tspn,dried red chilly 1,broken into pcs,mustard seeds 1/4tspn
Heat oil,drop in chilly,mustard seeds,allow to pop,add snakegourd shrimp mix
to the seasoning,stir well,allow to remain in low flame for two minutes.Adjust
salt,transfer to a serving bowl.

Garnish with spring onion bits.
