Fish fry

Fish fillets 400gm
Marinade preparation
Ginger garlic paste 11/2tspn,pepper powder 1/2tspn,red chilly powder 1/2tspn,
fenugreek powder 1/4tspn,turmeric powder 1/4tspn,salt to taste.
Combine the ingredients,rub on fish fillets,refrigerate for 4hrs.

Oil as required to fry,curry leaf 3 sprigs,sping onion 1 stalk,salt to taste,crushed red chilly 1/2tspn.
Heat oil,shallow fry fish,keep it aside.Add little oil, heat,drop in curry leaves,spring onion,
saute till fried,sprinkle salt,add crushed red chilly,saute for 30 secs.

Add fried fish,combine well.
Tranfer to a serving bowl,serve hot.
(Here the marinated fish is cut into small pieces before frying)
