Molukushyam

yellow squash 1,cut into small cubes,onion 1chopped,green chilly 2 ,sliced,toordal 1/2cup,chilly pwder 1tspn,turmeric powder 1/3tspn,cumin powder 1/2tspn,coconut milk 1cup,dried red chilly 1,cooking oil 2tspn,salt to taste,curry leaf 1/2sprig.
Pressure cook toordal.When pressure vents,add onion,squash,green chilly,curry powders,
salt and cook.When cooked simmer flame add curry leaves,coconut milk.Allow to bubble.
Heat oil,drop in red chilly broken into 2-3pcs,add little curry leaves,pour the mix to
molukushyam,stir and serve.
