Kallummekkaya curry(Mussels curry)

Mussels 1kg,cleaned,boiled and deshelled.
Onion 1,chopped,ginger garlic paste 1tblspn,green chilly 3,curry leaf 1sprig,
tomato 2,chopped
cooking oil 1tblspn,turmeric powder 1/2tspn,coriander powder 1tspn,chilly
powder 1tspn,pepper powder 1/2tspn,coconut milk 1 cup,salt to taste.
Heat oil,drop in curry leaf, onion,saute till translucent,add ginger garlic paste,stir well,
add tomato,green chilly,saute till cooked.Add curry powders,stir for a minute,add salt
mussels,stir well,allow to remain for 3 mins,add coconut milk,reduce flame,allow to
bubble,transfer to serving bowl.
