Wheat flour 2 cups
All purpose flour 1 cup,ghee or butter 1 tblspn
Baking soda 1/4 tspn,salt to taste
Combine all ingredients with hand for 2 mins,then form a soft dough with luke warm water.
Keep it aside for 2 hrs.Divide dough to small lemon size balls,spread
it in 3/4 cm thickness and prepare dry rotis.
Cauliflower stew is seen in the picture along with roti.
