Urd dal 2 cups,toor dal 1 tblspn,moong dal 2 tblspn,rice 1 tblspn,pepper corns 1 tspn,
red chilly 10,curry leaf 2 sprigs,salt to taste.
Stir fry all ingredients till golden brown,grind it to a fine coarse powder.
Add salt to taste ,allow to cool and store in air tight containers.Instant
chutney for idli and dosai.Mix with oil or ghee to use.
