Cleaned duck cut into medium size pieces 500 gm
To marinate
Lemon juice 2 tblspn, turmeric powder 1/2 tspn, coriander powder 2 tspn,kashmiri chilly powder 1 tspn,
pepper powder 1 tspn,ginger garlic paste 1 tblspn, shallots crushed 1 tblspn, salt to taste,curry leaf 1sprig
Mix the ingredients together and marinate the meat. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Cook the mix in a pressure cooker.
For seasoning
Onion sliced 2,ginger chopped 1 tspn,garlic chopped 3 cloves,green chilly slited 3,cinnamon stick 2inch,cloves 4,cardamom 2,fennel 2 tspn,star anise 1,mace a little,cooking oil 2 tblspn,curry leaves and salt as required ,tomato sliced 1
Heat oil in shallow pan.Add garam masala ,saute ,when aroma starts add onion,ginger,garlic,green chilly,curry lieaves one by one,saute it,When half cooked add tomato and cooked duck,Roast it till
the gravy cover the pieces.
