Boiled eggs split into halves 5
Frozen green peas 1 cup
Onion sliced 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tblspn
Green chilly 2
Chilly powder 1/2 tspn,black pepper powder 1 tspn,coriander powder 1 tspn,turmeric powder 1/2 tspn
garam masala 1 tspn,lemon juice 2 tblspn,coconut milk 1 cup
Cooking oil 2 tblspn,mustard seeds 1/4 tspn,salt,curry leaf,coriander leaf as required
Heat oil in a shallow pan,drop in mustard seeds and curry leaves.When it pops out ,add onion,saute till it becomes
transperent,add ginger garlic paste,green chillies saute till cooked .Add spices and salt, mix well,simmer flame
add green peas,mix thoroughly.Finally add lemon juice followed by coconut milk.Off flame drop in egg
splits carefully ,pour curry over eggs and garnish with coriander leaves.
