Fish cleaned and cut into pieces 300gm
Shallots sliced 3
Ginger garlic paste 2 tspn,green chilly sliced 1,cilantro chopped 1 tblspn
Kashmir chilly powder 11/2 tspn,coriander powder 1/2 tspn,pepper powder 1/4 tspn,
turmeric powder 1/4 tspn,fenugreek powder 1/4 tspn,salt to taste,tamarind concentrate 3/4tspn
Coconut milk 1/2 cup,cooking oil 2 tspn
Heat oil in a shallow pan,saute shallots,ginger garlic paste and green chilly.
Stir till half cooked,simmer flame,add curry powders,salt,mix well till aroma comes out.
Add fish pieces and tamarind.Carefully turn the pieces to get the mix coated.Let it cook for two mins.
Add enough water to cook the fish.Finally add coconut milk mix well,remove from flame
garnish with cilantro.
