Dal 1 cup,Red spinach chopped 4 cups,coconut milk 1 cup,shallots 2,garlic clove 1,
cumin powder 1/2 tspn,dried chilly 1,mustard seeds 1/4 tspn,salt to taste,cooking oil 11/2 tspn
Cook dal with enough water in a pressure cooker along with shallots,garlic,cumin powder and salt.
Mash the mix, add spinach,cook well,simmer flame,add coconut milk,stir well and remove from flame.
Heat oil in a pan,add dried chilly,followed by mustard seeds.Allow to pop full and add to the curry.
