Moong dal splits 1 cup cooked
Ghee 1/2 cup
Jaggery 350 gm
Raisins,cashew nuts,sago 1 tblspn each
Cardamom powdered 3.salt a pinch
Coconut milk 2 cups
Soak sago for 3 hrs and cook.Fry cashewnuts ,raisins and keep aside.
Heat ghee in a wok.Saute cooked moong dal in low flame to become a thick non sticky texture.
Add cooked sago.Add jaggery,mix well thoroughly.Add salt ,mix well.Slowly add coconut milk,cardamom powder
stir well,.Remove from flame and garnish with nuts and raisins.
