Cleaned,deviened prawn 500 gm
Onion chopped 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tblspn
green chilly slited 2
Bell pepper cubed ,red and green 1 cup
Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tspn
turmeric powder 1/4 tspn
tomato sauce 2 tblspn
scallion cuts lengthwise 2
salt to taste,cooking oil 1 tblspn
Marinate prawn with turmeric,chilli powder and salt.
Heat oil in a pan.Add onion,saute until it becomes transparent.Add ginger garlic paste,green chilly,saute.Add prawn,cook well,drop in bell pepper,simmer flame,saute till gravy cover prawns.
Transfer to serving bowl ,decorate with scallions.
