Semolina fine (Rava) 2 cups, Ghee 1/2 cup, sugar 11/2 cups, boiled water 21/2 cups,
Cashew nuts,raisins 1 tbsp. each, kesari colour a pinch.
Fry cashewnuts and raisins in ghee and spread it in a tray.
Fry semolina in a little ghee till golden brown. Add water, kesari colour , simmer flame, stir well,
add ghee, stir well till it comes out like a dough, add sugar, mix well till, moisture disappears. Spread
the mix in the tray over fried cashewnuts and raisins, allow to cool.When cooled, turn upside down and cut into desirable shapes.
