Eggplant balls(vazhuthananga bonda)

Eggplant (Brinjal) 1,egg 1,bread slice 5,pepper powder 1/2tspn,shallots 3,garlic 2 cloves,both
finely chopped ,cilantro little,salt to taste,cheese grated 2tblspn(here cheese sht is used),
lemon juice 2tblspn,cooking oil 1 cup
Cut brinjal lengthwise into half,give diagonal cuts,marinate with,lemon juice,salt, pepper powder
mix,keep for 1/2 an hr.Grill in a 400 degree preheated oven for 40 mins,check half way .
(Here it was baked for 1 hr to get it cooked)Allow to cool,scoop the pulp out into a bowl,add egg,cheese,
chopped bread pieces,shallots,garlic,cilantro,mix well,to combine the ingredients thoroughly.
Heat oil,drop in scoopful of mix,deep fry till golden brown,drain on paper towels,go with your
favourite sauce.
