Chutney powder(cholestrol free)

Grated coconut 4,squeeze with palm to seperate some milk.Dry it in sunlight for 3 hours.
Curry leaf 20 sprigs,clean,wash,dry,seperate leaves,keep aside
Tamarind 1 gooseberry size
Pepper corns 1 tblspn,Red chilly 5,fenugreek powder 1/2 tspn,
Urd,toor,moong dal 2 tspn each,fry ,powder,keep aside
Salt to taste
Dry fry the ingredients,grind into coarse fine texture,add grain powder and salt.
