Banana ada (pazhamada)

Rice flour (white) 300gm,
Robusta banana 3,mash it in a blender
Jaggery powdered 150 gm,coconut grated 1 cup,cardamom powder 1/2tspn,
roasted cumin powder 1tspn,Ghee 2 tspn,salt a pinch
Add all ingredients together ,combine with hand to get a loose dough.
Take a scoop,put it over banana leaf,fold and steam it.Here aluminium foil
is used instead of banana leaf.
