Bittergourd potato theeyal (karela alu curry)


Bittergourd sliced 1 cup,potato slices 1/2 cup,onion slices 1/2 cup,green chilly sliced 1,theeyal mix 4 tblspn,(reffer konju theeyal for preparation of theeyal mix),salt and curry leaves as required
Mustard seeds 1/2 tspn,dried chilly 1,cooking oil 1 tblspn
Microwave vegetables for 5 mins.Heat oil in a pan ,drop in dried chilly followed by mustard seeds.
Add curryleaves along with veggies and salt after mustard seeds fully popped.Saute till cooked.Combine theeyal mix in enough water and pour to the mix.Cook well in low flame.
