Rice balls [kuzhakkatta ]




Fine rice flour 2 cups
Roasted cumin seeds 1/2 tspn
Salt to taste
Jaggery [grated] 1/2 cup
Coconut [grated] 3/4 cup

  In a bowl knead rice flour,cumin and salt with warm water to a dough.
  Divide the dough into balls. Make a hole and fill with jaggery coconut
 mix and reshape the balls.Steam cook and serve.
