Brinjal 2 ,sliced thinly,onion 1,sliced,ginger garlic paste 2tspn,pepper powder 1tspn,
turmeric powder 1/4tspn,coriander powder 1/2tspn,garam masala 1/2tspn,salt to taste,
curry leaf 1sprig,cooking oil 2tblspn,green chilly1,slited.
Heat oil,drop in curry leaves,followed by onion,Saute till onion is tranluscent,add
ginger garlic paste,combine well,simmer flame,add turmeric,coriander,pepper powders
and salt to taste,saute,add green chilly,brinjal,mix well,allow to cook.Adjust salt,add
few more curry leaves,transfer to serving bowl.Excellent for chappathi.
