Pumpkin or yellow squash 250gm,cut into small cubes,green chilly 1,cut into rings
(here yellow chilly is used),salt to taste.
Cook the ingredients in little water.
Grated coconut 1/2cup,cumin seeds a pinch.
Grind the ingredients to a fine paste.Add to the cooked pumpkin.Combine well.
Yogurt 1 cup
Reduce flame,add yogurt,mix well,keep on flame for 2 mins,tranfer to a serving bowl.
For seasoning
Cooking oil 2tspn,dried red chilly 1,broken into 3-4pcs,mustard seeds 1/4 tspn,
curry leaf 1/2sprig
Heat oil,drop in red chilly,mustard seeds,allow to pop,add curry leaves,saute.
Pour the mix on pachadi,combine well and serve.
