Basmathi rice 2cups,cinnamon stick 1inch pc,cloves 2,mace little,pepper corns 5,
salt to taste,ghee 1tspn,turmeric a pinch,lemon juice 1tblspn.
Cook rice and other ingredients in 4cups of water,run a fork to seperate rice,
allow to cool.
Mushroom 500gm,sliced,onion 1 ,sliced,green chilly 2,slited,ginger garlic paste 1tblspn,
tomato 2,sliced,cinnamon 1inch,cloves 2,fennel seeds 1tspn,curry leaf 1 sprig,
cilantro chopped 1/4cup,turmeric powder 1/4tspn,cooking oil 3tblspn,salt to taste,
pepper powder 1tspn,coriander powder 1tspn,
Heat oil,drop in half curry leaf,onion,saute till translucent,add ginger garlic paste,
mix well,add green chilly tomato,saute till cooked,reduce flame,add curry powders,salt,
stir till raw smell vanish,add mushrom,haf cilantro,combine well,allow to cook till gravy thickens.
Combine rice and mushroom mix and balance cilantro to get the biriyani ready.
