Coconut second milk 2 cups,coconut first milk 1 cup,
Coconut flakes 2 tblspn,fry in ghee,keep aside
Melt jaggery in one glass water,add banana mix,half ghee,dates,stir till the mix get seperate
to form a ball,add second milk,cook in low flame till it forms a thick consistency,add first milk,
cumin powder,combine well in low flame,add balance ghee and fried coconut flakes.Pappadam
is a good option with pradhaman.
