Triple hot spice chicken

Chicken fillets 500gm,lemon juice 1tblspn,pepper powder 2 tspn,salt to taste,turmeric
                                     powder 1/2 tspn,garlic paste 1tspn,kasoori methi 1spn
Marinate chicken with the ingredients,keep for 2hrs,cook,keep aside.
Garlic cloves 10,thinly sliced,green chilly 2,cut into thin rings,coconut flakes 1/4 cup,
cooking oil 1tblspn,crushed red chilly2tspn

Heat oil in a pan,fry coconut flakes,drop in garlic,saute,green chilly,saute.
Add crushed chilly followed by cooked chicken,combine well,add curry leaf,
dry it and remove from flame.
This dish can be carry for picnic for three days without refrigeration,there is no onion
in it,WOW factor is ,it is not so hot............
