Salmon fillets 600gm,marinate fish in 1 tblspn lemon juice,1/3 tspn turmeric powder
and 2 tspn pepper powder,refrigerate for 2 hrs,cook,shred,keep aside
Basumathi rice 3 cups,cook rice in 6 cups water along with required salt,2 tblspn lemon juice
3 cloves and
1inch cinnamon,keep aside
Onion 1, sliced,ginger paste 2tspn,garlic paste 2 tspn,salt to taste,curry leaf 1 sprig
Mint leaves chopped 1/2 cup,biriyani masala 3 tspn,fenugreek powder 1/2tspn
Cooking oil 1 tblspn,cinnamon 1 inch,clove 2,mace a little,fennel seeds 2 tspn
Heat oil in a shallow wok,fry spices,drop in onion,saute till translucent,add ginger garlic paste,
saute ,add mint ,salt,biriyani masala,fenugreek powder,fish ,saute well till the mix is done.
Add cooked rice to the fish mix,combine well,add curry leaves.
