Chicken breast 750gm,cut into 2inch thickness and 4inch length
Onion 1 large,sliced,garlic 10 cloves,crushed,ginger 2inch,crushed
lemon juice 2 tblspn,kasoori methi 2 tspn,cilantro chopped 1/2 cup,
biriyani masala 1tblspn,garam masala 1/2tspn,curry leaf 1 sprig,salt to taste
Combine all ingredients,keep for 2 hrs.
cinnamon 2 inch,cloves 5,cardamom 2,crushed pepper corn 1/2tspn,mace a little,
fennel seed 2 tspn.
Place a pressure cooker on flame,dry fry spices,add chicken mix and cook.
If preferred for fried chicken,just rub oil in a non sticky pan and fry both sides.
Basumathi rice 3cups,ghee 2 tspn,turmeric powder 1/2 tspn,salt to taste,lemon juice 2 tblspn
Cook rice in 6 cups water including the balance juice from chicken.
Combine both rice and chicken,add curry leaves,remove to a serving bowl.
