Yogurt 1/2 ltr,whisked,diluted adding boiled water,
Turmeric powder 1/3 tspn,fenugreek powder 1/4tspn,salt to taste,combine these ingredients
to a little yogurt,whisk well and add to the yogurt mix.
Garlic cloves 4,finely chopped,crushed red chilly 1 tspn,mustard seeds 1/4tspn,fenugreek
seeds a pinch,curry leaf 1 sprig,cooking oil 2 tspn,dried red chilly 1,
Heat oil in a pan,drop in red chilly,curry leaf, mustard and fenugreek seeds,allow to pop,add garlic,saute till aroma spreads,simmer flame,add crushed chilly,stir well,add yogurt mix,stir till the mix is luke warm.Transfer to a serving bowl.
