Parippu ularthiyathu(split peas stir fry)

Yellow split peas soaked and cooked ,add salt to taste
crushed red chilly 1 tspn,shallots 10,sliced and crushed,garlic cloves 5,sliced and crushed,
salt to taste,curry leave 1sprig,cooking oil 1tblspn
Heat oil in a pan,drop in curry leaves followed by shallots and garlic,saute till 3/4th cooked.
Simmer flame,add crushed chilly,saute till raw smell vanish,add cooked peas,stir well till
the peas get coated with the masala,adjust salt,transfer to a serving bowl.
